Repairing Colt Cobra frame?
I recently aquirred a couple of late 40s vintage Colt Cobras. Both have the same problem: there is a small crack in the frame just under the barrel, when viewed from the cylinder side. When I fired one (before I noticed the crack), the barrel started rotating clocwise.
Is there any way to repair these cracks, and does anyone know a 'smith that could do the job? |

Frame has to be replaced. Don't know if Colt will do it this late in the game. Goatwhiskers the Elder

Contact Mr Alex Hamilton of Ten-Ring Precision, Inc. You might also contact Mr. Bob Cogan of Accurate Plating & Weaponry.
