Repairing Colt Cobra frame?

I recently aquirred a couple of late 40s vintage Colt Cobras. Both have the same problem: there is a small crack in the frame just under the barrel, when viewed from the cylinder side. When I fired one (before I noticed the crack), the barrel started rotating clocwise.
Is there any way to repair these cracks, and does anyone know a 'smith that could do the job?

Frame has to be replaced. Don't know if Colt will do it this late in the game. Goatwhiskers the Elder

Already called Colt, they no longer have frames avaliable. Guess these become tackle-box guns for snakeshot.....
