spotting scopes

any reviews or comments on spotting scopes.
I'm looking for one with the turned up eyepiece, and able to do 100-200 yards at the range..

If you are NOT looking to spend a lot of money, yet get a good product check out the Alpen line.

I bought one of their 15 x 40 models based on reviews I found in Field & Stream about a year back. I use it in the 100-200 yd range you specified and really like it. It does not have the turned up eye feature you requested but I know they make several models.

Hope that helps you.
