Rossi model 885 qusetion?
I broke the firing pin at the range the other day on my Rossi 88. It is the kind that mounts on the hammer. I think it is called a hammer nose. My problem is I can't seem to find one, so I am wondering if a Smith & Wesson would work?

The Rossi was a copy of a S&W pattern, not a clone on any one type. Could be wrong, been wrong few times before but I would highly doubt that any S&W hammer would fit with out extensive refitting.

All I need is the hammer nose. I was wondering/hoping a S&W hammer nose would fit on the hammer of the Rossi?

A S&W firing pin will work but there are many variations.
The Numerich Gun Parts part number is item #25120. 866-686-7424. |

Why not call the parts department at Taurus?
