Posting Profile Pictures and Signatures

Hello,
I was wondering if it's possible to post a profile picture underneath my username on the forums? I've seen is before and I couldn't figure out how to do that. Also, I see that many people have a quote box that follows at the end of every reply that they post, i.e. - a 'signature'. How do I go about adding one of those onto my posts and replies?

We don't use 'avatars' here on TFL.

As for your signature, see the link, User CP, in the banner at the top of the page, left side, bottom row. Follow that link and then see the sidebar section on the left titled, Settings & Options. Under that see, Edit Signature.
