Front Sight.

I need to get a front sight for my old S&W SW40F.
I've looked at Brownels, no luck.
Midway, no luck either.
I've e-mailed S&W, hopefully they have one sitting in a forgotten bin somewhere!!

Any suggestions???

Also, I'm not sure about the condition of the set screw, so I might one of those!!!

I'm sure someone somewhere has replaced theirs with night sights. Maybe you could try a WTB in the marketplace for their old ones.

You looked everywhere? How about where they sell parts? Here it is, in stock.

I called Smith and Wesson today and they want me to send the whole gun in to get the sight replaced!!!
No, they won't sell me the part!!
I called my gunsmith and he's gonna call those fools tomorrow morning to see if they will sell him the part.
Thanks for the link. If he strikes out, I'll order one fro Numrich and have my smith install it. It does look like it's an gunsmith installed part.
