I have one just like it... but it's been in "storage" for a long time, & I don't remember how the bolt came out... stupid question... it doesn't come out if you pull the trigger while pulling the bolt back does it ???

i dont know, i'll check....................... yep. thanks. and is yours accurate? i looked down the barrel (bolt out) and saw no pitting, fouling, or any bad thng in the barrel which makes me as gitty as a school girl. i will post a video of how it shoots on youtube and pics of the target there.

mine wears a cheaper 2-7X 3/4" scope, & I used to borrow it out to nieces & nephews, when they were little... mine is reasonably accurate, & still in very good shape

what kind of bases? i would need to get it drilled and tapped. and it's not a big deal since there is no collectors value and i plan to keep it in the family? how much do you think it would cost to do that?

Like I said... it's been a long time since I gave her a once over... I think they must be 3/8" rim fire bases, since the scope is a 3/4" tube...
sorry, I couldn't offer more help on the price of the work... I'm buddys with a couple of local machinists, & I get pretty good deals on labor

I have that exact gun!! They are really good shooters. For the record, to remove the bolt, just pull the trigger, and slide rearward on the bolt.
They were made by a Canadian company that is now defunct, but they are great rifles.
