can anybody help with manufacture date of this shotgun?

1941, if it's a standard model, according to the reference below.

about the 5 o'clock position.
There should be a SN on it that MATCHES the receiver rigth front face SN.

IF not have the headspace checked, as the pre-855,000 shotguns the barrels were individually mated to receiver.
Post-855,000 all barrels (in gauge) interchanged.
