Deer Hunting questions..feeding...drives

1. Do deer smell corn or do they just find it??? Pertaining to feeders...just curious if they smell the corn or just happen to find it and keep returning to check to see if there is more.
2. Does anyone DRIVE plots of woods any more?? Meaning a group of several people that walk thru the woods at one time to drive the deer out to their shooters at the end of the plot. We used to do this with plots around 30 to 40 acres at one time... using 16 to 20 people...ending up with 6 to 10 deer at one time...

I would say deer definately smell corn along with every coon and squirrel in the woods. As far as deer drives,used to do them many years ago but not much anymore.
