Can someone explain how many rounds a person can purchase after this law takes effect?

There origionally was a 50 round limit per transfer. However the round limit was removed from the final bill.
It will be a wait and see on what the retailers do once the bill goes into effect in February 2011. It may come down to them having their own limits like a lot of shops do now because of the shortage.
