Carrying in National/State Parks in CO
Some buddies and I are looking to go camping in CO this summer and we were wondering: what is the policy on carrying (either OC or just keeping it in your pack). We're looking at pistols (of course) and then maybe an SKS. When I was a kid (from Oklahoma) and my dad and I went camping in CO he always kept a pistol in the tent just in case. Anybody know the policy on this stuff? I don't want to get kicked out of my favorite state in the Union!

Not allowed in national parks. Allowed in state parks. Also allowed in national forests (which is most of the public land anyway).
