Ejector Rods

A question for the gunsmiths. I have a K22 and a early model. The ejector rod is right hand threads. I ordered one from S&W and they sent a left hand threaded one. S&W no longer has or stocks right handed thread ejector rods. Any ideas where I might find one? Any info will be greatly appreciated. It is for a 6" barrel

Thanks Dfariswheel. Understandably out of production for the r/h threaded rod. $30 is steep but understood

I suggest calling S&W and finding out how much they would charge to fit a new ejector rod and ejector or to replace the whole cylinder. That way you would have less likelihood of the rod unscrewing.

Thanks for the thought. When I spoke with the customer service rep I asked the very same question about changing out the ejector and rod to the improved left hand threaded one. he stated no parts availeable as far as the ejector. Who knows if he's up on his stuff.
