"New Posts" search

"New Posts" search is showing 121 pages of new posts. The feature showed "posts since last visit", but that doesn't seem to be the case today. Also, the posts I have responded to disappear from the "New Posts" list (but not from sub-forum lists).

See this thread for more info:

This should be a one time thing. The best course of action is to hit the "Mark Forums Read" (at the bottom of the forums list or in the Quick Links). Do it after you have read most of what you want to read now if you wish. From then on, the new posts will be reflected properly. The "unviewed" thread marker will now remain on until you actually read the new posts (or 10 days time whichever comes first).

There is a thread, here, where you can read what tyme did and discuss it. There is a poll, here, about whether or not you like it.

Duplicate, closed.
