I have some hunting acreage and a cabin about 1 hour from Greenbriar exit. It is located in NC and the owner of the property does not need a license to hunt on the property. Get together with a couple of friends and you have a hunting/shooting place with a cabin. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room, and shower. Just completely remodeled. Hunt/shoot and come back to sit around the fire under Carolina Blue Skys. Hunting acreage is 9 miles from the cabin.

The cost is approximately $25,000 for the cabin and land. Hunting land is a great investment. It is getting very hard to find a place to hunt or shoot. The hunt clubs are leasing all of the available land.

I just listed it with a real estate agent so he may add something to it. the price is not firm and I may do some owner financing.
