Replacement License?

Hi -

I have a question. I sent my renewal in for my C&R back in 2007. At the time I was short on cash, so didn't have any purchases lined up. A long list of personal things going on at the time and I have no idea whether I ever received the renewed license. Is it possible to get a replacement? Is there anyway to find out if the renewal was issued?

Yes, I feel stupid about this.

Call BATFE (phone nr is on their web site www.atf.gov and ask. FFLs are occasionally lost or destroyed (example: a fire in a gun shop) and they will issue a replacement, though you might have to write them with the actual request or application.
