Thumbs down for PentagonLight customer service

Just thought I'd pass this along. I had purchased a PentagonLIght LED flashlight about a year ago. It had very little usage on it. The LED burnt out. I didn't expect PentagonLight to replace the LED, but figured I'd be able to buy a replacement. Well they won't sell me one. They're trying to sell me a conversion LED head at $70. That's more than I paid for the flashlight. I could understand if I bought the Xenon flashlight.
I guess I should have just bought the Surefire. At least I can buy replacement LED/reflector assemblies from them for a reasonable price.

UPDATE - PentagonLight must have seen a thread or 2 where I had posted about their customer service. They have authorized an RMA for repair of the FlashLight.
