Glad you got your rifle. As far as the "D*ck-Head" comment...If your dealer can't say for sure the salesperson was referring to him, then I wouldn't sweat that too much. I've been caught in that situation before. When I was young I said something to a co-worker that was for their ears only and a third party heard it and assumed I was speaking about them. Live and learn.

I would gladly let someone call me that if it gets me expedited service with overnight shipping.

i am only guessing here but it may have to do with the takeover of several AR manufacturers by remington. i believe RRA is one of 4 taken over in the last several months

Seeing that Rock River Arms is just across the way from me:

I must say that I'm embarrassed. I recommend those folks quite often. I don't know the other side of the story. However, I don't think it's professional to have clients hear that type of obsenity from employees regardless of the "on-hold" mishap.

Glad you got your stuff, though.
