Claire Wolfe criticizes BATFE, some of her criticism is constructive.

See Ms. Wolfe's piece on BATFE in what I assume is the latest issue of SWAT.

Toward the end of this piece, she proposes some questions that BATFE should ask itself BEFORE it acts, questions that deal with the constitutionality of the action to be taken. Other aspects of her article were interesting too, but this part caught my attention.

To bad the liklehood of the questions she proposes ever being asked are so small, but then BATFE is what BATFE is, and that is unlikely to change unless The Congress should opt to actually exercise the oversight authority it has regarding government agencies, and their actions or antics.

Congress can hold hearings, change current laws, and withold money from the budget. They cant make personnel changes in the agency. They can reccomend them. The Executive branch has the hiring and firing power.

And maybe someone could teach them to read, and tell the truth, and realize the fact that just because I have some cash on me,doesn't make me a drug dealer, and it isn't yours for the taking.Yea, right
