tasco scopes

i have a tasco 3x9x40 scope on a 22 ruger rifle and the other say while firing the rifle on bench something happen inside the scope, looks like something came loose. i have had gun and scope about 2 years. i tried to contact tasco but got no answer. i need to get it repaired. anyone got any idea on this problem? thanks cjs

i called as you sug. they said to send it to the address you gave me and they would see what they could do. thanks a lot for the help. cjs
