What do you guys do with your used-up brass? I've got a big bag of brass I've shot the life out of and was wondering if I should just throw it away or if there was any value in recycling it somehow?

brass can go anywhere between 50c to $1.00 a pound depending on the market. It changes almost daily. I got lucky one time and had over 1000 pounds of it from some old pumps and brass lathe shavings and hit it on a dollar a pound day.

Most shell casings are prime brass. Our club has a drum for scrap and they sell it to the recycler about once a year. Usually at least a couple hundred dollars worth.
