Flash message?

OK, What is the message screen that is popping up when you send a reply to an existing thread. It goes by so fast I haven't been able to read it.
I've noticied it in just the past few days.

It's a "Redirecting" message. Not sure why they were turned on. You aren't missing anything by not being able to read it, but if you're curious as to what it says:

I'm trying to see if it helps at all, either with the periodic mysql jams or the tendency of people to double-post when their posting takes a long time.
