I am looking for suggestions for bullets to reload the 454 Casull with which would be used for paper punching and are inexpensive.

I would expect any good cast bullets would make fine plinking loads. I've cast from Lyman and Lee molds for years. Other brands are probably fine too. I've also purchased many thousands of cast slugs and found them generally fine.

But why not use .45 COLT (Long) brass and save your .454 Casull brass for serious hunting loads?

I have the FA 6" 454. It is very nice. The Ruger seems to be about as accurate. I just can't imagine shooting a cylinder full of 454s double action though.

Kelly Brost at http://www.castperformance.com/ offers some excellent bullets if you are looking for heavyweight cast bullets. Their casting quality is high and their prices are very reasonable.
