XS 24/7 sights in USPSA?
Does anybody use them and if so what was your opinion of them?

I don't know about USPSA but they are scarce in IDPA, limited mostly to hardliners competing with carry guns. The leading iron sight seems to be a regular square notch rear and the narrowest front blade that will hold a fibre optic insert.
