More Flobert questions

Is there a way to determine the caliber of this Flobert ? A .203 dia. cleaning rod will NOT enter the barrel. The cleaning I have been able to do shows what appears to be rifling, but I am not 100% sure on that. Do any of the marks on the bottom of the barrel referred to in the thread " more information on Flobert rifle" signify the caliber ? Any assistance is appreciated. Hominy
