Best recoil pad for a 12 gauge?

Anyone suggest the best recoil pad for an 870 12G with a synthetic stock?
Are the pads on the SpeedFeed stocks any better than the ones the guns come with?

IMHO, a properly contoured Pachmyer Decellerator pad is the best you can get.

Double Dittos on the Pachmyer Decellerator. But the factory pads that come on the Speedfeed synthetic stocks seem to be pretty good, so shoot the gun extensively to see if that pad will work for you before you spend money on the decellerator.

What's the fastest car? But I also concur about the Decellerator. Only way to find out is to try one for yourself.
