Remington FACTORY service still exists!

I was told by a Remington Factory rep that if you do not want your weapon serviced by their outside repair stations you should mark the box "FACTORY SERVICE" when you dend it to them. It will then be worked on by the Factory repair department.. Which they said still exists.
