Last minute range check

Deer season starts on the 22nd. Woo Hoo! I just wanted to check my piece. The 3 shots in the bull, low are my TC Black Diamond at 100 yds (iron sights). The bull was a saboted wadcutter and the two lower ones are Cabelas Deadcenters. The 2 groups up high were my Colt Dragoon at 25 and 35 feet. I shot the Dragoon to a different point of aim so as to not mess up the groups. I could shoot flies with that thing!

Two T7 pellets in the TC, 45 grains of American in the Dragoon.

I'm feeling good about this season!!!

Yeah, they should be. The third lowest shot, I pulled that one. It's funny the last time I shot the rifle 2 weeks ago it was shooting 2 inches high at 50 yds with 80 grains of FFFg. That was the reason I had to shoot one 100yd session. I wanted to check out last years T7 pellets to see if they were still good after reading the other thread. I actually think the 80 grains of FFFg is hotter than the 2 pellets. Everytime I go shooting I end up with more questions than answers it seems!
