Okay, well then for your 6.5 my recommendation will be a scope from Vortex Viper PST FFP line. They will be sitting right at the bottom of your budget but they are worth much more IMO.

If you don't like those reticles, then you could always look at SWFA or another good one is Zeiss. That Zeiss glass is nice...
