In that price range you should be able to buy a 2X Simmons or a 2X Barska. If you look around, there are usually pretty good deals on used scopes for about what you want to spend or just a little more. I have seen Burris and Leupold (M8) 2X and 4X pistol scopes sell for $150 and less.

Also you should be able to find used Pentax, Bushnell and Nikon scopes priced between $100 and $150. In my opinion you would be a lot better off to buy a better used scope than a new lesser quality scope.
