Rich, I've got plans around somewhere for making a small picnic type table out of a single 4x8 sheet of plywood. And the pieces slide in and out of each other, so it turns into a flat pack of plywood about 4ft x 3ft x 4 inches. Not the biggest bench, or the sturdiest, or the lightest, but....
I think I got the plans off the Web, or out of a book called Nomadic Furniture.
