But even though I shot "expert" with the 1911 every year I was in the army, I have NEVER had a 3 inch SEVENY FIVE FEET(?!!) group with a combat auto.

The BEST I have ever shot, benchrested, was with a 6 1/2" .357 blackhawk, and that was 2 1/2"-3" at 25 yards.

I just CANNOT imagine EXPECTING to get smaller than 3" groups at 25 yards - I mean, for crissake, the front post is about 5"+ at that range!!!

But hey, maybe its just me....
