If you want a Colt I'd get a Gold Cup. Nicest handgun I've ever shot. If I were you I'd also consider buying a cheaper 1911 and putting some $ into it to fit you. That was recommended to me when I was looking at 1911s. Never went through with the plan but didn't seem like a bad idea
