If i had to choose between BCM or PSA, I'd go BCM. 1. It's a Wisconsin product and i like to support local business. 2. It's very well made. 3. BCM has stood up for 2A rights many times in the past year, including canceling a contract with the Milwaukee PD because MPD's chief of police doesn't believe in civilian's right to own ARs. That kind of action makes me want to do business with them all the more.

I'd advise against using a quad rail, unless you plan on loading up your rifle with with stuff on the front. Quad rails add unnecessary weight(IMO) and they eat up your hands. I'd go with either a proprietary system(Troy and Midwest Industries both have excellent setups), or the new keymod system. Both achieve the same results of a quad rail(the ability to place stuff wherever you want), but for around 1/2 the weight.
