With many years of car racing behind me, I have an attitude of, "Oh, well, it's only sheet metal." If somebody is alongside, just pop the brakes, cut into his rear fender and spin him out. If you're really pissed, wide open throttle into the side door is truly soul-satisfying as he rolls over; he's already leaned up on the offside tires.
Just leaning him into an oncoming semi works well, also.
