I'm definitely a caliber snob! Having had a 9mm as my side arm in the service, I would not want to even touch one with a boom stick!
I heard this over the grape-vine several times: "9mm is for queers and Nazis, take your pick!"
I see nothing wrong with the .45 ACP and if you want to shoot cheap ammo, then get a .22 LR.
