I have used Titegroup with Winchester 115gr JHPs and FMJs in 9mm. 4.5gr should get you in the high 1100s in a 4" bbl and is a pleasant load. I've loaded Titegroup to 4.8 to get 1220 fps.

You didn't ask, but I want to add that I prefer (and recommend) a slower powder in the high-pressure 9mm round, and normally use Ramshot True Blue. Ramshot's Silhouette, Hodgdon's HS6 or even Alliant Unique would be other good choices, particularly with heavier loads and bullets. The fast powders like Titegroup in 9mm can get you into trouble quickly with some really high peak pressures.
