Come on Chris! That isn't a picture of a NoVA traffic jam, is it? I don't recall any 8 lane highways anywhere in the entire area. That looks like a California traffic jam. We have 'em just as crowded as that, as you know, but just not that wide.
If only "rush hour" lasted only one hour! And why is it called "rush" hour? It should be called "sitting still and burning up you and your engine" hour.
