Aearo/Peltor thumbs up!
My son had a malfunction in his Peltor Tactical 6-S headset, bought an upgrade and passed the old ones to me because I can 'fix stuff'. I couldn't fix these.
I sent them back to the company for possible repair if the $ wasn't going to be too much. The turnaround time was 2 weeks to the day. They replaced the PCB AND installed a hygiene kit AND paid the return shipping.
THAT'S SERVICE!!!!!!!
I also told them all of the above, that I was not the original purchaser etc.
I'm impressed.
