My sympathies, as well. We love our Dalmatian, Barbie (My daughter named her). The day before we started to give all her litter mates away, she was the only one that didn't cry when I gave them a bath. Took her out dove hunting once. I fired 3 shots from my 11-87 and she never flinched. Didn't retrieved the bird ethier, but she was only there, to keep me company.
