Rosar, I apologize for using the word hoodlum too freely

. I acquiesce that he did not mention the word. He did say that they were acting funny (trying too hard to be non-chalant) while blocking the sidewalk and looking like they were up to no good. I would describe that as hoodlum looking, but that's just me.
