The NATO AUG does not allow for the use of a left hand bolt. The standard rifle does, however this doesn't address the issue of weak-side shooting and brass hitting the user. You can't select right or left hand ejection on the fly, you must strip the rifle, put in a different bolt, then reassemble the rifle. It's only meant to configure the rifle for strong side use.
