I agree, but that's a lot of work for 750 pieces of 9mm brass, which is plentiful at a lot of ranges. But, on the other hand, what else to do with them?

If it were me in your position, I'd be tempted to try a few in my strongest 9mm (or in my case, my Hi-Point). If everything seemed OK (no squibs, flattened primers, etc.) I would empty those cases the old-fashioned way.
