Click on eligibility requirements, they're not too severe. I joined my state rifle association, and with the concealed handgun license on top of that I was good to go.

First purchase you have to notarize the application forms but after that you can just mail 'em in. I've been putting off buying a Garand for five years. Wish now that I hadn't waited so long.

Now's the time to buy. Especially now.
