I always use the powder manufacturer's data over the bullet manufacturer's when available. Remember, it's not the specific bullet, it's the weight that's most important if trying to interpolate load data.

I have Sierra's book (as we mostly shoot their match bullets) but their data is ridiculously conservative- to the point of being useless for some of the calibers I load for. Their listed max load, is LESS than the minimum load listed by Hodgdon.

Research as many sources as you can, use common sense and always start low and work up.
