This is one of my favorite 30-06 shooters.
It is a German K98 that was rebuilt by the Norwegians
post WWII and re-barreled and chambered for 30-06.
You can see where they milled out a little area on the
receiver to allow extra room for feeding the longer
30-06 rounds into the magazine with a stripper clip.
