Midway has some good prices on .223: Remington UMC 55 gr - $99.99 per 500
Winchester 55 gr FMJ - $209.99 per 1000

And, as always, they pay the postage. I ordered 1000 of the Win when it was on sale for $199 about a month ago and had it in 7 days.
