Almost certainly a Model 10, also known as the .38 Military & Police. The gun dates from 1960, and will have the model number stamped on the part of the frame that's exposed (the "yoke cutout") when you swing the cylinder out. I think you'll find that it's a Model 10 or 10-1 (same gun with tapered barrel or heavy barrel, respectively).
