I know this is true. I saw it.

There used to be a fella that had property next to a freeway (St.Rt. 33) just East of Lancaster Oh., West of Logan Oh. that had a couple mules in the fields and he painted an orange X on their sides just prior to shotgun season.

There are a few here on TFL that don't live far away from the place and probably remember this as well.
