Alex, I may be able to help. I just bought about 1500 cases, shot and uncleaned, from a gent here in Dallas. I don't know if it's a steady supply, but I shouldn't need anymore for a while. I have his phone number at home, so email me if you want it.
I am still decapping and priming, so my quest for lead is not in full swing yet, but according to my books, I should be able to use most .38 bullets.
However, I'm still doing some research before I start pulling the trigger.
