Signed. The 7 round rule and background check for ammo sales are the most egregious parts, but a lot of the rest of it stinks too.
Those parts amount to a de facto ban on a lot of handguns, and what retailer will sell a $20 box of ammo when they have to do a 20 to 30 minute background check?
Someone tried to argue with me that magazines will just need a simple plug, like a shotgun, but that is not true, the modification must be permanent.
