Just acquired a 6906. per CarguyChris' description it's Version #4...

Same as #3 but with black MIM trigger and black MIM "skeletonized" or "cutaway" hammer
Came with 2 magazines. It was an estate situation came as just the firearm and magazines, no box or papers. SN VUV8097

Now the thing is...I believe it's never been fired.
No sign of residue, feed ramp doesn't have a mark on it, barrel doesn't show any sign of use other than perhaps a test round or two. I'll add photos tomorrow when I have better light for photography.

I've been hankering for a 9mm Shield for a while now. They fit my ham of a hand so well and so does the 6906 but this .... this is...art...this is...craftsmanship.

But - it's unfired. It's like that classic car you hear about that some guy bought from the widow of the original owner. The car that has 36 miles on it because the guy came home from the dealership and died. Stunning - new - but every mile you put on it diminishes the value. (I met a guy who had just such a car. I said "How Cool" he said "Millstone")

So now what?
